Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Rewardstick services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services
Rewardstick GB Limited provides payment processing services through our partnership with Adyen N.V. Our services include card payment terminals, payment processing, transaction management, and related business tools.
Eligibility
To use Rewardstick services, you must:
- Be a registered business in the United Kingdom
- Provide accurate and complete business information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be engaged in prohibited business activities
Fees and Payments
Service fees and transaction rates are provided in your personalized quote and merchant agreement. All fees are clearly stated with no hidden charges. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with your merchant agreement.
Equipment
Card payment terminals remain the property of Rewardstick. You are responsible for the proper care and use of the equipment. Damaged or lost equipment may result in replacement fees as outlined in your merchant agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of your merchant agreement. Termination procedures and any applicable fees will be outlined in your contract.
Limitation of Liability
Rewardstick GB Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.
